Just updating some stuff

Just posting a devlog for posterity and recording progress .

Currently I am working through adding the early quests to the Quest log as well as adding some area details and new areas and quests lines.  I also rebalanced a couple of job's stats to balance the combat in favor of encouraging a full party.
